How do I pay for the service?
Our fee is $20 per month and $20. per dispatched worker. You can use these services as often as you need. We will invoice you for the monthly charge and dispatch fee on a credit card on file. For the task itself, you will pay the workers(s) directly after the task is complete and you are satisfied.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the service?
Be specific about the task you require help with. Our workers will do what is necessary to make sure the task is satisfactorily completed. If you are not satisfied, please contact us so we can address your concerns and ensure a positive experience.
How far in advance should i book a helper?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for larger tasks, to ensure availability. From time to time (such as snowstorms) there may not be workers available in your area due to demand.
